Exceptional service from the staff. Extremely comfy bed in the superior queen room, plus a private safe, an air conditioning, and an electronic key card. Satisfactory breakfast with several options and great location.

Very close to the big Ueno station (easy to travel with jr trains or subway throughout the city), quiet district not far away from museums and Ueno park. Nice, clean room, no noises that could disturb. Good room size even for western ppl.

Very few of the hotel staff could speak english. They had too many employees just standing in the reception staring at you, doing nothing. Made us feel awkward.

Loved to be here, the hotel was fairly clean and ideal, the location was marvellous and perfect very close to train stations. The room was compact and beautifully designed with humidifier, newly renovated with a very modern style plus decent space, we felt like at home. Location: the venue was close to the cosmetic shopping area. Had nice dainties at Ueshimakohi, located minutes from the hotel.

Extremely helpful and friendly staff. Perfect location as a base for Tokyo sightseeing. Comfortable and quiet rooms.

Despite requesting a non-smoking room, and requesting and being granted a room change, the room still smelled very strongly of cigarette smoke.
